Treacle Scones

Ingredients: ½ pound flour
½ teaspoon Soda
½ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Treacle
1 ½ oz Butter
Buttermilk to mix

Whiskey Toddy

If a hot toddy doesn’t cure a cold after a couple of toddies you won’t really care!
Heather honey or sugar,
Lemon juice, Whisky, & Hot water,
Method:
Dissolve a teaspoon of honey or sugar in a glass of boiling water. Add a glass of whisky and a little lemon juice, Stir. Serve while still hot.
