Hello, Cape Bretoners! I am a Scottish Ethnology student at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. For my third year Scottish Emigrant Traditions csoure, we have been asked to analyse symbols that contribute to Cape Breton’s collective identity and sense of community. What has helped to maintain your connection to An t-Seann Df9thaich (‘The Old Country’) through the generations? If you would like to submit a response to this query, kindly e-mail me at .
