Celebrating Nature Through Music, Dance and the Arts
Saturday, October 1 through Sunday, October 9, 2011
in Québec’s beautiful Eastern Townships

Dear Friend,

If you like Celtic music with its rhythmic reels and jigs and its haunting slow airs, and you often find yourself yearning to spend more time in nature, treat yourself to something special and join us October 1 to 9 in the magnificent Eastern Townships of Québec, just an hour’s drive from Montréal and 30 minutes from the Vermont border.

Over 10 days, Celtic Harmonies will feature 17 unforgettable concerts by world-class musicians from Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Brittany, Canada’s East Coast and Québec, including The Tannahill Weavers, CRAN, Fernhill, Jean-Michel Veillon, Richard Wood, Dwayne Coté, and many more.

Daytime activities, centered in the quaint village of Knowlton, will include 15 workshops & master classes given by our invited performers, a Celtic Marketplace, a staged reading of Laura Teasdale’s popular play Woodswalker, as well as activities to help you to rediscover your sense of wonder for the natural environment in this spectacularly beautiful region with the autumn colours at their peak.
