Howard Joseph MacIsaac May 10, 1950,- Nov 14, 2014
November 14, 2014
Born in Inverness, C.B. He was the son of John Leo Mac Isaac and Wilena (Billie Jack D) Rankin Macdonald
Howie was an Islander through and through; C B was truly the home of his heart. He always showed true Celtic spirit, welcoming anyone with his ‘down home’ hospitality;
Howie always “had the kettle on.” He had a quick wit, an in-fectious laugh, and was always ready for a good one-liner.
He worked hard his whole life for his family. After his retirement in 2010 he enjoyed playing video games, movie marathons, and working on his “honey-do” list
Most of all, he was a loving and generous father and husband who took great pride in his family.
Our deepest sympathies to his wife Wendy,
dghtrs Lindsey, Kelly, and Jaimie sons-in-law, Mike McDonald and David Hobbs his granddaughter, Lucy Ann McDonald.
His step-father, Scottie McLellan, his brother John Mac Isaac
and his sisters Ann White, Kit Mocca , and Debbie Gillis
His kindness and unconditional generosity were felt by all he met, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
The family received friends at GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME, TOWNSHIP CHAPEL, in Kingston on Wednesday, November 19
“I carry your heart (I carry it in my heart)” – e.e. Cummings
